A2ZKit's tools, calculators, and articles are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied on as, professional advice. In particular:

  • Financial, investment, loan, mortgage, retirement, and tax tools do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.
  • Health, fitness, body-fat, calorie, pregnancy, and nutrition tools do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
  • Nothing on the site constitutes legal advice.

2. The service

A2ZKit provides free online tools (PDF, image, design, text, developer, calculator, finance, health, and other utilities), cheat sheets, and articles. Most tools — including all PDF and image tools — run locally in your browser, so the files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content using automated means without permission;
  • infringe others' rights or upload malicious code;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, white-label, frame, or otherwise redistribute the Service or access to it, or present it as your own product.

You may use the tools, and anything you create with them, for personal and commercial purposes. This does not grant any right to resell or redistribute the Service itself. You remain responsible for the content you process and for having the rights to it.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained from the tools will be accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Assumption of risk, liability & indemnification

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2ZKit and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any reliance on a result, article, or advertisement — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed one U.S. dollar (USD 1.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A2ZKit and its owners, operators, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs or content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. We don't control the specific ads shown and don't endorse them. Your use of cookies for advertising is governed by our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The A2ZKit name, site, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Some components may be open source under their own licenses. The content you create or input remains yours.

8. Termination

We may suspend or limit access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or to protect the Service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
